World Environment Day - TIME is running out
On World Environment Day, 5th June, girls from the Environmental committee from the Junior and Senior Schools travelled to College Green. There we met up with TreeAid, our chosen charity to support for the term. We took part in a campaign to raise awareness for the charity by drawing saplings on letters spelling TIME, representing how time is running out.Environmental officers Lottie and Daisy got the opportunity to speak with Professor Alice Roberts and filmed a promotional video for TreeAid. It was fascinating to meet Alice, she chatted to us about the many things the Environmental committee is doing in school and possibilities for the future.
